Job Summary

The primary function of this position is packing and completing quality inspections of Base Bond products. Responsible for quality product being packaged for customers and maintaining high quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

+ Perform visual and dimensional quality inspections.

+ Identify non-conforming product and communicate to the appropriate individuals.

+ Sort and pack finished goods.

+ Read product and packaging specifications and ensure that product is managed according to these specifications.

+ Understand Kimble Chase's Quality Policy and relevant Quality Objectives.

+ Recognize his/her contribution to the effectiveness of the GMS including the benefits of improved performance.

+ Comprehend the impact or effect of not conforming with the QMS.

+ Maintain work area in a clean and habitable condition. Observe all safety precautions, rules and regulations.

+ Additional duties as required by Supervisor or Manufacturing Manager.

+ Observe all safety precautions, rules and regulations. Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures.


+ Six months continuous employment within the past year.

+ Must be at least 18 years of age

+ High School Diploma or equivalent

+ Previous Manufacturing experience preferred.
